9. St. Augustine

The cooler weather makes walking St. George Street, touring Castillo de San Marcos, and visiting Flagler College much more comfortable than in summer. Historic trolley tours run daily and offer sightseeing without long wait times.
Nearby beaches are suitable for walking and scenic stops, but not so much for swimming.
10. Palm Beach
